Bathroom was very nice and we enjoyed the terrace. Very clean. Public areas very nice.

The air conditioning was not very good. I set different temperatures on the thermostat but the air temperature was always the same. The air conditioner was also loud.

The room was quite large, even with a cot set up for our baby. The room was clean and tidy. The wifi worked well. It was a nice walk over the Roman Bridge to get into town (though all uphill & sometimes very windy). The hotel was good value for money and undoubtedly would've cost more if located in the Old Town. Being able to park for free on a nearby street was a bonus.

The room overlooked the street, so the traffic noise was very loud if we had the door open for some fresh air. The mini fridge was useful, though didn't have much space for any of our things due to all the bar items in it. There wasn't much around the hotel, as it is located in a small area of Salamanca adjacent to the river.

Great location. Very nice hotel Price is fair. Only minor problem I had was with the awkward Wi-Fi username and password. It would not work. I brought it up several times with the young lady at the front desk. She was not friendly nor helpful. She adamantly insisted it was my Iphone. I asked her to please check the numbers/names she gave me. Assured me she had used those numbers and her computer worked. I gave up. When the shift changed, I went to the new person, an affable young man. He gave me a new username and password. it worked.

We were delighted with this hotel and especially grateful for Belen's help -an exceptionally gracious and English speaking staff member. This hotel may not be in the heart of the old city but it is in easy walking distance and the best value we have come across in a long time.High standard and very affordable.

This hotel was far better than I had expected for the price. If we ever come back to Salamanca, we will look at the Puente Romano first.

Il nous a manqué le restaurant le soir. La literie à ressorts est un peu trop dure: on apprécierait un soutien ferme, mais avec un accueil moelleux.

Le calme, la chambre vaste, les serviettes de toilette grandes et épaisses, les superbes petits-déjeuners! Et l'accueil du personnel, excellent.

Situación,aun paseo por el puente romano llegando en 15 minutos al centro de la ciudad.

Climatizador ruidoso. A pesar de tener radiadores en las habitaciones estos no funcionaban teniendo que tirar del climatizador y al sacar la tarjeta este dejaba de funcionar con lo cual no se puede mantener la habitación a temperatura y en Salamanca en invierno hace FRIO.Las zonas comunes (pasillos,escaleras,terraza etc.)necesitan un poco mas de mantenimiento por lo menos de pintura.
